Users can unstake now and should begin the process immediately. Vanar cannot unstake or withdraw tokens on behalf of users.

The staking contract has a 21-day cooldown, so waiting may prevent users from completing the process before migration.

Staking officially closes on August 19, 2026. Users who initiate unstaking before the migration deadline on September 10, 2026 will remain eligible, even when their 21-day cooldown has not finished.

Eligible wallets whose cooldown has not completed will receive their migrated tokens through an airdrop on Base on September 11, 2026.

What happens
to old VANRY?

After migration, old VANRY contracts on Ethereum, VanarChain, and Polygon will no longer represent the active VANRY economy.

The new VANRY on Base becomes the active token for the next phase of Vanar, including Foundry, AI Organizations, Genesis, credits, Org participation, Base liquidity, and the wider Vanar economy.

Current old-contract plan
  • Migration is 1:1.
  • The swap window runs from August 11, 2026 at 13:00 UTC to September 10, 2026 at 13:00 UTC.
  • There is only one migration window.
  • Late migration is not available through the portal after the 30-day window closes.
  • The old Ethereum, Polygon, and VanarChain VANRY contracts will no longer represent the active VANRY economy after migration.
  • The team cannot blacklist, freeze, claw back, or edit individual holder balances.
  • Full contract details and any final old-contract actions will be published through official Vanar channels.

What is the swap ratio?−
The migration is 1:1. For every 1.00 current VANRY you lock on Ethereum, VanarChain, or Polygon, you receive 1.00 new VANRY on Base.
Which chains are supported?+
The portal supports migration from Ethereum, VanarChain, and Polygon. New VANRY is delivered on Base.
Why Base?+
Vanar is moving to Base because the next chapter is focused on applications, AI Organizations, Foundry, credits, marketplace activity, payments, and real economic usage. Base gives Vanar access to a larger builder ecosystem, deeper liquidity, native USDC settlement, and a stronger environment for AI Organizations to launch, transact, and grow.
Do I get the new token immediately?+
Not instantly. After your lock transaction confirms, the new VANRY is airdropped to the same wallet address on Base, usually within about 4 hours. You do not need to claim manually.
Is there a claim step?+
No. Once your current VANRY is locked, new VANRY is automatically airdropped to the same wallet address on Base.
Are there any fees?+
Vanar does not charge a migration fee. You may still pay normal network gas fees for the source-chain transaction.
Can I migrate VANRY from more than one chain?+
Yes. If you hold VANRY on Ethereum, VanarChain, and Polygon, you can migrate from each chain separately. Select the source chain, lock the amount, wait for the Base airdrop, then repeat for any other chain where you hold VANRY.
Can I pull my tokens back out before the airdrop?+
No. Once your lock transaction is confirmed, the migration process begins. Locked tokens cannot be pulled back from the portal. New VANRY will be delivered on Base to the same wallet address.
Where your VANRY is held
I hold VANRY on an exchange. Should I use this portal?+
Not unless official instructions say so. If your VANRY is on a centralized exchange, the exchange may handle the migration directly. Wait for official announcements from Vanar and from your exchange. Do not withdraw, deposit, or send tokens based on unofficial instructions.
What should self-custody holders do?+
Self-custody holders should use the official Vanar Swap Portal. The basic process is: connect your wallet, select the source chain, enter the amount, approve and lock your current VANRY, then wait for new VANRY to arrive on Base. Delivery is usually completed within about 4 hours after the lock transaction confirms.
What if my exchange does not support the migration?+
If an exchange does not support the migration, Vanar will provide clear self-custody instructions. In that case, holders may need to withdraw VANRY to their own wallet and migrate through the official portal. Do not act until official guidance is published.

How long will the swap portal stay open?+
The swap portal goes live on August 11, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. The swap window is open for 30 days and closes on September 10, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. There is only one swap window.
What happens if I miss the migration window?+
The migration window runs for 30 days, from August 11, 2026 at 13:00 UTC to September 10, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. Holders should complete their migration during this window. After the window closes, migration through the portal will no longer be available.
What happens to DEX liquidity on Ethereum?+
DEX liquidity on Ethereum is scheduled to be removed on August 10, 2026, before the swap portal goes live. After migration, the active VANRY economy moves to Base.
When does Foundry go live?+
Foundry launches on August 18, 2026. Foundry is where users create and operate AI Organizations on Vanar.
Old contracts
What happens to the old ERC-20 and Polygon contracts?+
After migration, old VANRY contracts will no longer represent the active VANRY economy. The current plan is to migrate holders 1:1 to Base and eventually deprecate the old Ethereum, Polygon, and VanarChain contracts once the swap window has closed. Full contract details and any final old-contract actions will be published through official Vanar channels before any action is taken.
What happens to the VanarChain VANRY contract?+
VanarChain VANRY is supported in the migration. Holders can lock VANRY from VanarChain and receive new VANRY 1:1 on Base. After the migration period ends, VanarChain VANRY will be deprecated together with the old Ethereum and Polygon versions.
Can the old contracts be paused?+
Yes, the old contracts include pause and unpause functionality. That means transfers can be halted at contract level if needed after the migration process. It does not mean the team can take tokens from individual holders. Any final pause or deprecation process will be publicly communicated before it happens.
Can the team freeze or take my tokens?+
No. Based on the current contract information, the old contracts do not include blacklist, individual freeze, clawback, or upgrade functions. The team cannot edit, remove, or take an individual holder's balance.
Can more old VANRY be minted?+
The old token has a capped mint function. The final migration plan will include how old supply is fixed before or during the process. The mint-role renouncement and final old-supply lock are still to be announced.
Wallets and access
Will new VANRY still be called VANRY?+
Yes. The token remains VANRY. The active token moves to Base.
Will my wallet address change?+
No. The new VANRY is delivered to the same wallet address on Base. Make sure you can access the same wallet on Base.
What wallet can I use?+
MetaMask and WalletConnect-compatible wallets are supported (Rainbow, Trust, Ledger Live, Frame, and others). You will need a wallet that can connect to the source chain and view Base.
Do I need ETH or gas?+
You may need gas on the source chain to approve and lock your current VANRY. Vanar does not charge a migration fee, but blockchain gas fees may still apply.
Safety
Where will the official portal be announced?+
The portal and final instructions will be announced through Vanar's official channels. Do not trust links in replies, DMs, Telegram comments, Discord messages, screenshots, or third-party posts.
How do I avoid scams?+
Use only official Vanar links. Do not connect your wallet to links posted in comments. Do not trust DMs. Do not give anyone your seed phrase — Vanar will never ask for your private key. Verify the portal URL before signing anything, and check official announcements before acting.

Why is Vanar migrating at all?+
Vanar is moving from a standalone L1 focus into a Base-based AI Organization economy. The goal is to put VANRY into a larger ecosystem where Foundry, AI Organizations, Genesis, credits, marketplace activity, payments, and builder participation can scale more effectively.
What are AI Organizations?+
AI Organizations are persistent business structures powered by AI workers, memory, policies, payments, reputation, and operating history. They are not just single agents. They are company-like systems that can create, sell, support, market, transact, and build reputation over time.
What is Foundry?+
Foundry is the operating workspace for Vanar AI Organizations. It gives Orgs access to business modules for marketing, growth, support, product, community, reporting, BD, graphics, agents, and more, all connected to the same Organization brain.
What is Genesis?+
Genesis is the first launch season for AI Organizations on Vanar. Builders will be able to create Genesis Orgs, receive launch credits, participate in founder programs, compete through real platform activity, and access the Genesis reward structure. Genesis goes live on Base. Full Genesis mechanics are still to be announced.
How does this connect back to VANRY?+
VANRY becomes the token powering the Vanar AI Organization economy. It connects to migration, Foundry, credits, Org creation, Org token activity, Base liquidity, Genesis participation, and the wider marketplace layer.
